City of Wanneroo seeks input on childcare, service station applications

PLANS for a childcare centre, service station, dog grooming business, and combined car and dog wash are out for public consultation.

The City of Wanneroo has invited feedback on a range of development applications in suburban areas, including on a $2.1 million childcare centre in Yanchep until February 10.

The proposed centre on the corner of Castlemead Drive and Spinnaker Boulevard would be a single-storey building accommodating up to 94 children and 17 staff at any one time.

Replacing the Vertex estate sales office, it would operate from 6.30am-6.30pm on weekdays and have 33 parking bays.

The City has also invited submissions until February 10 on plans for a $2.5 million service station with vehicle repair and car facilities in Neerabup…
